Over 20 years ago I entered the media industry as the publisher of a local community newspaper.  Over the past year, I launched the 1st broadcast television network owned by an African American Woman. 

While that sounds exciting UTS TV launched right before the COVID Pandemic shut down.  We couldn't produce commercials and I quickly realized that if I ran a special and gave away FREE commercial spots, most small business owners don't have a video commercial ready and available.
